Where does AUBURN ROWE ship?
AUBURN ROWE ships within the United States, including all 50 states, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO addresses. We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, BFPO, or freight forwarding addresses.

Does AUBURN ROWE ship internationally?
Not at this time.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding holidays). Standard shipping within the U.S. usually arrives within 3–7 business days. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO orders may take additional transit time. A tracking number is emailed once your order has shipped.

What are the shipping costs?
Standard U.S. shipping is free on orders $100+ and all Auto-Replenish subscription orders. Shipping costs for other orders are calculated at checkout. Expedited shipping options may incur an additional fee.

Are there any taxes or duties?
Any applicable U.S. sales tax is calculated at checkout. There are no additional duties or import fees for domestic shipments. International shipments may be subject to customs or import taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility.

Are there shipping restrictions or exclusions?
Yes. We currently cannot offer expedited shipping to PO boxes in certain regions. Some regions may incur additional duties or import taxes. Also, some promotional or gift‑set items may be excluded from free shipping offers or may require additional service fees for remote areas.

How can I track my AUBURN ROWE order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking link and estimated delivery date. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder or contact our support team.

Can I change or cancel my order or shipping address?
If you need to edit your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us immediately within 24 hours of placing it, while your package is still in processing. Once the order has shipped, we cannot guarantee changes.

What should I do if my AUBURN ROWE package is lost or arrives damaged?
We’re sorry to hear there was an issue with your order. For damaged orders, please take a photo of the packaging and contents, then contact our customer service within 3 days of receipt. For lost packages, based on carrier tracking we will help investigate and find a resolution.

Can I purchase AUBURN ROWE products in stores or only online?
Currently, Auburn Rowe is available exclusively online. This ensures direct access to authentic products, 

Can I combine a discount code with a subscription order?
Discount codes can be applied to one-time purchases but cannot be combined with Auto-Replenish subscription orders. Subscribers automatically receive 15% savings on every delivery.



RETURNS & SUPPORT

What is AUBURN ROWE’s return policy?
Auburn Rowe accepts returns within 30 days of delivery. Contact Customer Support with your order number to initiate a return. We reserve the right to limit or refuse refunds if return behavior indicates abuse of the policy.

What is the policy for opened products?
For opened or partially used products, returns are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Contact our support team with photos and your reason for return.
