All BioVital Serums deliver deep hydration, antioxidant protection, and barrier support through a sophisticated complex of glyceryl glucoside, snow mushroom extract, glycosaminoglycans, and hyaluronic acid.

Sensitive Skin (Fitzpatrick I–II): Gentle actives reduce irritation, calm inflammation, and strengthen the barrier. Low molecular weight hyaluronic acid penetrates deeply, while zinc PCA and botanical antioxidants support microbiome balance and soothe redness.
Balanced Skin (Fitzpatrick III–IV): Brightens, evens tone, and hydrates. Stabilized Vitamin C, peptides, aloe, arrowroot, and Provitamin B5 promote moisture retention, collagen support, and barrier health.
Melanin‑Rich Skin (Fitzpatrick V–VI): Targets hyperpigmentation without irritation. Phloretin, Vitamin C, and licorice root extract brighten, improve texture, and maintain even, radiant skin while supporting long-term resilience.

Melanin-rich skin has a unique biology. It contains a higher ratio of eumelanin, larger and more mature melanosomes, and more melanin distributed throughout the upper epidermis. This gives beautiful inherent UV protection - but also makes the skin more reactive to inflammation, and more prone to post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation (PIH), uneven tone, and discoloration after even minor irritation.

Yes. These skin types are far more likely to experience prolonged inflammation - and when inflammation lingers, pigmentation changes follow. This means actives cannot only be “brightening” - they must also modulate inflammation at the same time. Targeting pigment production without addressing inflammation can worsen PIH or create rebound pigment.

Many legacy “lightening” agents used historically (like hydroquinone or strong kojic derivatives) can be inconsistent or overly aggressive. Newer next-generation ingredients that directly regulate human tyrosinase - alongside inflammation-modulating actives - tend to perform better, and more safely.

In the morning, cleanse gently, then optionally apply a toner or essence. Follow with the BioVital Rejuvenation Serum to deliver multi-level hydration and antioxidants, then the Advanced Biomimetic Peptide Emulsion to prime the skin for the Microbiome Barrier Cream, which locks in moisture and strengthens the barrier. Finish with broad-spectrum SPF 30+ for environmental protection.

In the evening, cleanse and optionally apply a toner or essence. Begin with the Advanced Biomimetic Peptide Emulsion, layer the Epigenetic Repair Complex to support repair and rejuvenation, and seal in hydration with the Microbiome Barrier Cream. This sequence enhances peptide absorption and maximizes overnight recovery.

The Advanced Biomimetic Peptide Emulsion can be used morning and evening, applied after toners, exfoliants, or water-based serums, and before richer creams such as the Epigenetic Repair Complex and Microbiome Barrier Cream. For amplified results, pair the Emulsion with the Epigenetic Repair Complex, combining clinically validated matrikines that improve firmness, reduce the appearance of aging, and support skin repair.

The Epigenetic Repair Complex contains a low percentage of Retinol and Retinyl Palmitate, two ingredients that are not considered safe for pregnancy.

Auburn Rowe ships within the United States, including all 50 states, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO addresses. We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, BFPO, or freight forwarding addresses.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding holidays). Standard shipping within the U.S. usually arrives within 3–7 business days. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO orders may take additional transit time. A tracking number is emailed once your order has shipped.

Standard U.S. shipping is free on orders $75+ and all Auto-Replenish subscription orders. Shipping costs for other orders are calculated at checkout. Expedited shipping options may incur an additional fee.

Any applicable U.S. sales tax is calculated at checkout. There are no additional duties or import fees for domestic shipments. International shipments may be subject to customs or import taxes, which are the customer's responsibility.

Yes. We currently cannot offer expedited shipping to PO boxes in certain regions. Some regions may incur additional duties or import taxes. Also, some promotional or gift-set items may be excluded from free shipping offers or may require additional service fees for remote areas.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking link and estimated delivery date. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder or contact our support team.

If you need to edit your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us immediately within 24 hours of placing it, while your package is still in processing. Once the order has shipped, we cannot guarantee changes.

We're sorry to hear there was an issue with your order. For damaged orders, please take a photo of the packaging and contents, then contact our customer service within 3 days of receipt. For lost packages, based on carrier tracking we will help investigate and find a resolution.

Currently, Auburn Rowe is available exclusively online. This ensures direct access to authentic products.

Discount codes can be applied to one-time purchases but cannot be combined with Auto-Replenish subscription orders. Subscribers automatically receive 15% savings on every delivery.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

Products returned within 30 days of order delivery in their original, unopened condition are eligible for a full refund to the original payment method. Contact Customer Support with your order number to initiate a return. We reserve the right to limit or refuse refunds if return behavior indicates abuse of the policy. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Returns of opened or partially used products within 30 days of delivery may be eligible for store credit in the amount of the original purchase price and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
